Paua PINS is a demonstration of depot sharing

Paua PINS will demonstrate shared depots in collaboration with Suffolk County Council, Oxfordshire County Council and Cenex.

Businesses have asked to share depots in order to further monetise their infrastructure.

Other businesses want access to shared depots for reasons of vehicle size, lack of alternatives or simply secure locations to charge.

Whatever your reasons we are interested in learning more so please do contact us with the form below.

History of the project

Paua PINS was conceived during the EV Rally 2023. During this rally there was a need to charge a large number of commercial vehicles in a range of different locations. Depots were used quite extensively for the larger commercial vehicles including the Team DAF-Cenex electric truck used at the First Bus garage in Glasgow (photographed here). Paua approached Cenex about a collaboration for this Government funded project and the Paua PINS project was born.
